COMMON ORDER:

Civil Revision Petition No.1223 of 2015 arises out of order, dated 30.01.2015, in I.A.No.1213 of 2014 in O.S.No.14 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, whereby he has reopened the evidence on the plaintiff's side in the suit.

Civil Revision Petition No.1241 of 2015 arises out of order, dated 30.01.2015, in I.A.No.1211 of 2014 in O.S.No.14 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, whereby he has set aside the ex parte order, dated 26.09.2013, passed against the defendant in O.S.No.14 of 2011. Civil Revision Petition No.1318 of 2015 arises out of order,

dated 30.01.2015, in I.A.No.1210 of 2014 in O.S.No.14 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, whereby he has permitted the defendant to engage the services of an Advocate to plead and defend his case. Sri T.K.Sreedhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has seriously questioned the manner in which the Family Court has allowed the above-mentioned applications of the respondent. However, eventually he has submitted that as pendency of the Civil Revision Petitions is likely to further delay the proceedings before the Family Court and as his client is keen to get the suit disposed of early, the Family Court may be directed to complete the evidence and dispose of the suit expeditiously. In view of the said submission of the learned counsel, the necessity of considering the legality or otherwise of the orders under revision is obviated. The Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District is, however, directed to dispose of the suit within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Revision Petitions, CRPMP.Nos.1668, 1690 and 1795 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs are disposed of as infructuous. ____________________________ JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY 10th April, 2015 DR
