Heard counsel for petitioners and the Special Government Pleader appeared on behalf of the learned Additional Advocate General for respondents.

Petitioners' grievance is that they have applied on 24.06.2016 in Form 6-A as prescribed under the provisions of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 to the 3rd respondent seeking mutation of certain properties in their names and that the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The Special Government Pleader appearing for the Additional Advocate General states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners' application dt.24.06.2016 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
