Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader attached to the Office of Advocate General for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Petitioners' grievance is that respondent No.3 preferred revision before respondent No.2, under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, challenging the order dated 19.08.2011, of the Tahsildar, Balangar Mandal, and that respondent No.2 is not disposing of the said revision though he had heard and reserved 'for Orders' on 19.04.2017.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that, if ten weeks time is granted, respondent No.2 would pass orders in the said revision.

Since the matter was already heard on 19.05.2017 and reserved 'for Orders' on that day, it is high time that respondent No.2 passed orders in the revision, otherwise, there is every danger of his forgetting what he heard and committing error in his orders.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pronounce orders in the revision Case No.D5/5521/2015 filed by respondent No.3 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
