THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9910 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that an appeal filed by the petitioner under the A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955 is pending before the 2nd respondent since 14.03.2016 and the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that notices have already been issued by the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent would dispose of the said appeal within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
