Petitioner claims that he is working as Second Grade Teacher (SGT) in Mandal Parishad Public School, Amaravaram X Road, Huzurnagar Mandal, Suraypet District. While so, petitioner was shifted from the present School to Mandal Parishad Public School, Amaravaram. Petitioner contends that as per the norms prescribed by the Government of the student teacher ratio, the present school also requires two secondary grade teachers and therefore, there is no justification to shift the petitioner to another school and the same is illegal.

Prima-facie, reading of the order impugned herein, would show that petitioner was shifted due to scarcity of staff. Whether there is requirement in any particular school in teaching faculty or adjustment in any other school is a matter for the competent to consider. This Court cannot dwell into the decisions made by the authority in exercise of administrative control. It is seen from the record that shifting is from one school to another school in the same village and by such transfer, as fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions of service of the petitioner are no way affected. Thus, this Court is not inclined to interfere on such transfers.

The Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to make a representation to the competent authority for retention. 5.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
