Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor, for respondent and also perused the Order in Criminal Petition No.15158 of 2014 passed in respect of the petitioner therein, who is A.6. In the said Order, the learned Judge directed that investigation shall go on and Police of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, shall follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. in respect of the petitioner/A.6. In my view, the present petitioner/Pedda Srinivasa Reddy(shown as A.4 in Remand Case Diary dated 16.12.2014) also stands on the same footing.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the following Order:

The Police, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, are directed to continue the investigation to its logical end and they are further directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. in Crime No.289 of 2014 in respect of the petitioner/Pedda Srinivasa Reddy (shown as A.4 in Remand Case Diary dated 16.12.2014). As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
