HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 19754 of 2016 Order:

It is the case of the petitioner that her husband who was working as a Driver in Nagarkurnool Depot died on 03.07.2012 while in service. She made a representation on 04.10.2012 seeking employment to her on compassionate grounds. The said representation is followed by another representation dated 14.05.2014. When those representations were not considered, the present Writ Petition is filed.

2. The certificate of death shows that the husband of the petitioner died on 03.07.2012 and she submitted two representations for considering her case for appointment on compassionate grounds. In her representation it is stated that her two elder daughters were married and the other two children, one daughter and one son are minors. She sought appointment as Attender. Even after lapse of two years in respect of latest representation no orders were passed.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds as per the scheme which is in vogue as on the date of death of the husband of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
