Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

Admittedly, the petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against impugned order dated 15.07.2017.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal, if he is so advised.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand disposed of.
