Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for School Education (Telangana) appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 6 and the learned Standing Counsel for Zilla Parishads (Telangana), appearing for Respondent No.5. It is the case of the petitioner that she made a representation dt. 08.07.2017 for regularization of her service in the present post i.e., Sweeper, and the same is not being considered, she filed the present Writ Petition.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation dt. 08.07.2017 of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
