CVNR, J & JUD, J CMA.No.811 of 2016 Dated:15.6.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 11.7.2016, in HMOP.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati. Mr. Maheswara Rao Kuncheam, the learned counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 01.6.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that both parties have settled their disputes amicably and they have been residing together living matrimonial life. He has, accordingly, requested for posting of the appeal for withdrawal of the same. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant reiterated the contents of the afore-mentioned letter. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
