HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39557 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner-Association filed the writ petition without making the members as parties and in the writ affidavit also, it is not mentioned who are the members and particulars of extent of land possessed by them out of subject land. That the affidavit is vague as can be and what is the common cause of action among members is also not mentioned.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of granting liberty to the members of the petitioner-Association to agitate their rights. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
