THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5065 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Section Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the inaction on the part of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sathupalli, Khammam District in disposing of the I.A.No.198 of 2015 in O.S.No.97 of 2015. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners herein filed O.S.No.97 of 2015 before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sathupalli seeking perpetual injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the suit schedule property. Along with the said suit, the petitioners also filed I.A.No.198 of 2015 under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC seeking ad-interim injunction. For one reason or the other, the said I.A. is pending for more than one year.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sathupalli is hereby directed to dispose of the I.A.No.198 of 2015 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J Date: 28th October, 2016 Kvsn
