JUSTI CE SHAMEEM AKTHER W RI T PETI TI ON No.3 6 4 6 6 of 2 0 1 7 ORDER: { Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan} By order dated 19.07.2019, this Court had directed the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to be present before this Court. Consequently, Mr. K. Narayan Reddy, District Educational Officer, respondent No.1 and Mr. Vijaya Kumar, Commissioner of School Education, respondent No.3, are present before this Court.

Learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 and 3 informs this Court that by order dated 09.08.2019, the order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad dated 23.02.2016 has been duly complied with. According to the learned Government Pleader, the notional seniority has been granted to the petitioner from 2005, and necessary endorsement has been made in his service record. In order to buttress this plea, the learned Government Pleader has submitted a copy of the order dated 09.08.2019, another copy of another order dated 09.08.2019, and a copy of the service book clearly showing the endorsement made in the service book.

Since the relief prayed for by the petitioner has already been granted by the respondent Nos.1 and 3, this writ petition has become infructuous. It is hereby dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
