Since the subject matter of the writ petitions is one and the same both the writ petitions are being heard together and disposed of by this common order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions submits that the grievance of the petitioners for grant of fishing rights in the Vooracheruvu of Voilasingaram Village, Ananthagiri Mandal, Suryapet District, is pending before the District Collector by way of representations dated 16.10.2017 (in WP.No.36144/2017) and 21.07.2017 (in WP.No.36170/2017).

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries also states that the District Fisheries Officer and the Fisheries Development Officer, Suryapet, have submitted reports to the District Collector.

In view of the same, the District Collector-3rd respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 16.10.2017 and 21.07.2017 for grant of fishing rights, while taking into account the reports submitted by the District Fisheries Officer and the Fisheries Development Officer, Suryapet, within a

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, both the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
