HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19052 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that after demise of his mother in the year 2009, the petitioner inherited the land admeasuring Ac.2.51 cents in Sy.No.1515/1 of Vontimitta Village fields, Vontimitta Mandal, YSR District which was assigned to his mother through the proceedings in Ref.No.6747/75, dated 23.02.1976 issued by the A.P.Bhoodan Yagna Board and the then Tahsildar also issued DKT Patta No.188/85 dated 24.02.1976 in respect of the said land. Thereafter, the petitioner made an application under Section 4 (1) of the A.P.

Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and also an application in form-VI for incorporation of his name in the revenue records and also for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in his favour before the 4th respondent and the respondents 3 and 4 after considering the application submitted by the petitioner mutated the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds in favour of the petitioner on 20.10.2010 but they failed to update the same in on-line. With regard to the same, petitioner made an application dated 30.03.2016 before the 4th respondents requesting him to update the revenue records. But no action has been taken by the 4th respondent so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the application dated 30.03.2016 filed by the petitioner for updating the revenue records is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to dispose of the same. In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose

of the application made by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-06-2016 dv
