Heard Sri D. L. Pandu, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

It is the case of the petitioners that they made representation dt. 10.10.2017 to delete the bogus members in Primary Fishermen Cooperative Society, Pegadapally, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal Urabn District, Telangana State, basing on the guidelines issued by Fisheries Department Vide G.O.Ms.No.74, dt. 21.10.2011, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (F.II) Department and the same is not being considered, they filed present Writ Petition. Since the grievance of the petitioners is already placed before the competent authority, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
