HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P. No. 36454 of 2017 O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioners is that even though they made representation dated 05.10.2017 requesting the 3rd respondent to form a new Fishermen Co-operative Society at Edullacheruvu, so far the same has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition is filed seeking appropriate directions.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the respondents will consider and dispose of the representation in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 05.10.2017 said to have been made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
