ORDER

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the order passed by the 2nd respondent vide letter No.663/A/2017 dated 10.10.2017 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the order dated 20.11.2015 passed in W.P.No.34793 of 2013 and consequently to set aside the said order and to direct respondents 2 and 3 to consider the applications of petitioners for admission as members into the 3rd respondent society.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that this Court, in similar circumstances, disposed of Writ Petition No.25362 of 2017 dated 31.08.2017 and a copy of the same is placed on record. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries.

In the circumstances, following the order dated 31.08.2017 in W.P.No.25362 of 2017 and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is allowed, setting aside the order impugned. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
