This writ petition is filed challenging the letter undated in Lr.No.306/D/2017, wherein the 5th respondent issued notice for conducting skill test for admitting of membership into the petitioner-society, which was challenged by the petitioner on the ground that the 5th respondent is conducting skill test to other than those 30 communities mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.98, dated 22-01-1964 and skill test is not being conducted in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 21-10-2011 by appointing three-men committee. Now learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries produced written instructions stating that skill test has been conducted and all the persons who participated in the skill test have failed.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. However, as and when fresh notice is issued, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the same. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
