This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking bail in Crime No.68 of 2016 of Chinturu Police Station, East Godavari District. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
