THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Second Appeal No.1567 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard before admission, the learned counsel for the appellant/1st defendant and the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff. From perusal of the material on record and the concurrent findings of the Courts below, there are no any substantial questions of law involved much less to admit and keep the matter pending for grant of any stay but for from the time sought to vacate by the learned counsel for the appellant/1st defendant to consider if at all, the maximum six months is granted from today to vacate by 30.06.2019. In the event of failure, it can not only to execute but also move for contempt of Court pursuant to the above direction. In the meantime towards damages for use and occupation fixed at Rs.8000/-(Rupees eight thousand only) per month.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
