CVNR,J & TA,J W.P.No.39570 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the Police to trace the whereabouts of Ms.G.Keerthana - the alleged detenue, and produce her before the Court. 2.

The petitioner pleaded that he is in love with the alleged detenue and that respondent No.5 - her father, is keeping forcible custody of the alleged detenue.

In pursuance of the directions issued by this Court, the Police have produced the alleged detenue before the Court today. She has informed the Court that she is staying with her parents of her own will and volition and that she is not interested in joining the company of the petitioner.

In the light of the views expressed by the alleged detenue as noted above, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
