THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.21143 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not granting Form 'B' licence for storage and sale of MS/HSD through retail outlet in Sy.No.977 of Choppadandi village, Karimnagar to the petitioner pursuant to his application, dated 11-03-2016 despite his compliance with all statutory licenses and clearances as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant Form 'B' licence to the petitioner pursuant to his application.

2. Heard both the counsel.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with all the formalities. He further submitted that the petitioner submitted an application, dated 11-03-2016 for grant of Form 'B' licence, but so far no orders have been passed.

4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner, dated 11-03-2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
