Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file appeal challenging the order dt.24-09-2016 in O.P.No.36 of 2013 of the Agent to Government at Khammam. Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
