THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.31161 of 2014 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To issue a Writ, order or direction especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that G.O.Ms.No.43, Agriculture & Cooperation (AGRI.II) Department, dated:19-9-2014 is illegal and arbitrary and therefore liable to be set-aside and pass....." At the hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1748 of 2015 and batch. In view of the same, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order.
Recording the said submission and for the reasons stated in the said batch of writ petitions, this writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
