THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI C.R.P.no.5458 of 2015 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioners had filed a letter before the Registry stating that in view of the subsequent events, in order to avail other legal remedies, he was instructed by his clients to withdraw the revision.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'.

In view of the contents of the above said letter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this revision also shall stand dismissed.
