HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.37256 OF 2017 O R D E R :
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not ratifying the admissions made by the petitioner institutions in various under graduate courses as being illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to forthwith ratify the admissions made to the petitioner institutions on par with the candidates allotted to the petitioner institutions in the counselling process and permit the said students to complete the course including issuance of certificates.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ch.Jagannatha Rao, learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent and Sri Abhishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4.
Since the grievance of the petitioners is pending before the respondents 2 and 3 by way of representations dated 31.10.2017 and 01.11.2017, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider and dispose of the said representations, in accordance with law. Meanwhile petitioners are permitted to pay examination fee, but, however, the same will be subject to orders passed in the representations.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
