This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not taking the appropriate action on the petitioner representations dated 21.11.2015 seeking a direction to the respondents 3 to 7 for allowing us to do the work as Technical Assistants in our respective ranges of Podili, Ongole, Medaramitla and Markapur, Prakasam District."
Heard, Sri I. Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleaders for Forest and Revenue for respondents.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners herein submitted a representation on 21-11-2015 to the 2nd respondent herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 21-11-2015, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the other side.
For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioners, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated
21-11-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
