Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner states that she is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Acs.05.90 cents in Survey No.55/5 of Thimmanapalem Revenue Village in Tripuranthakam Mandal of Prakasham District. The petitioner made an application on 30.09.2015 under Form VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short, 'the Act') for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds and paid the requisite fee. Alleging that no action is taken by the 3rd respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed. In view of the fact that the proceedings under Form VI-A of the Act are required to be considered in a time span of 45 days, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, dated 30.09.2015, and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
