The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner obtained permission for construction of building in Sy.No.61/1/u, situated at Badepally village, Jadcherla Mandal, Mahabubnagar District vide proceedings No.G1/512/2015-16, dated 02-04-2016 issued by the Commissioner, Nagar Panchayat, Badepally. The petitioner was proceeding with the construction, at the instance of the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent is trying to interfere with the construction activity. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, submits that the 3rd respondent never interfered with the construction of the petitioner and there is dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedies available under law against the 4th respondent.
