THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8714 of 2016 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioners that eligibility list has been prepared by MPDO Committee on 18.03.2015 and all the petitioners find place in the same, which is pending with the Project Director.

In those circumstances, the 3rd respondent-Project Director shall examine the eligibility of the petitioners in terms of the recommendations of the MPDO Committee dated 18.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders within six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
