Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent Corporation Sri B.Mayur Reddy that as per clause 3.11 of the Revised Marketing Disciplinary Guidelines, 2017, petitioner herein has alternative remedy of appeal before the appellate authority and he can avail the same and pending consideration of the appeal, if any, no further action will be taken in the matter.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to avail the appeal remedy before the 5th respondentappellate authority within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this order with a further direction to the Respondents herein to consider the appeal, if any, filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated above and pass orders strictly in accordance with law. It is also made clear that if no appeal is filed within the time stipulated above, the Respondents can proceed in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 5.11.
