No.4 of 2014 in O.S.No.1481 of 2013 dated 26-11-2014. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein, and order of High Court dated 03-08-2015 and 28-08-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri Ch. Ramesh Babu, learned counsel, appearing for Respondent No.1, the Court made the following ORDER:
