THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14294 of 2015 ORDER:

By this writ petition, the petitioners pray for quashing the proceedings against them in Crime No.40 of 2014, which is revised as Crime No.746 of 2014 on the file of Hariparvat Police Station, Agra District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Admittedly, there is an effective alternative remedy is available to the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to seek quashing of the proceedings against them in the aforesaid crime.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving open to the petitioners to avail the remedy under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
