THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HONBLE DR JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3482 OF 2016 ORDER (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri K. Ratnam, learned counsel representing Sri K. Raghavacharyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that his client is desirous of withdrawing the writ petition reserving liberty to it to pursue alternative remedies in accordance with law before the proper forum.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Interim order dated 18.02.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
