This petition is filed seeking to set aside the impugned endorsement bearing reference No.A/1868/2016, dated 12.09.2016, issued by the 4th respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that against the impugned order appeal lies and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
