When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police registered the crime and produced the subject vehicles before the Court of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sangareddy. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner herein to file appropriate application before the said Court seeking release of the subject vehicles. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
