Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology (Telangana) appearing for respondent No.1, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for respondent No.2 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) appearing for respondent No.3.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, that on the petition submitted by the Tahsildar, Kandi Mandal of Medak District on 05.10.2017, police registered a case in Crime No.224 of 2017 on the file of Sangareddy Rural Police Station for the offences under Section 379 I.P.C. and Section 25/37 of the A.P. Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002 and during the course of investigation, the Investigating Officer investigated the Tahsildar, Kandi Mandal and recorded his detailed statement. It is further stated that as part of the investigation, the seized vehicles were deposited before the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Sangareddy vide CPR No.323/2017, dated 12.10.2017. 3.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioners herein to make necessary application before the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court at Sangareddy for release of the seized vehicles in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
