THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.11739 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.1737 of 2018 on the file of the XVIII Addl. Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad, outcome of Cr.No.292 of 2016 registered for offence punishable u/ Sec.304-A IPC, on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant(son of the deceased). The respondents 3 and 4 are the wife and another son of deceased.

Both the parties along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.No.4 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences supra. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Crl.P.No.11739 of 2018 is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ Accused in C.C.No.1737 of 2018 on the file of the XVIII Addl. Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad. The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
