The Court made the following:

ORDER:

At the hearing, Mr. V.S.R. Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the appellants, submitted that instead of filing a Civil Revision Petition questioning the order in I.A.No.367 of 2013 in O.S.No.77 of 2013 of the learned Special Sessions Judge-cum-X Additional District & Sessions Judge, Krishna at Machilipatnam, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed mistakenly. He sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal with liberty to his clients to file a Civil Revision Petition. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, CMAMP No.1520 of 2014 filed for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
