Learned counsel for petitioner states that the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad has passed order liquidating the respondent Company on 24-08-2017 in C.A.No.142 of 2017 in C.P. (IB) No.12/10/HDB/2017. In this view of the matter, this Company Petition is dismissed as infructuous and liberty is given to the petitioner to raise claims in the proceedings before the Liquidator appointed by the said Tribunal. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
