Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State would submit that Crime No.59 of 2018 of Kalla Police Station, West Godavari District has been transferred to Ankola Police Station, Karnataka State and hence, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
