HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31101 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that when he intend to sell his land admeasuring Ac.01.01 guntas in Survey No.498/2 at Nagireddypet Village and Mandal, Nizamabad district, he approached the Subregistrar-3rd respondent but, the 3rd respondent rejected the documents presented by petitioner for alienation of the subject land referring the letter dated 13.12.2007 addressed by the 2nd respondent wherein it is mentioned that the land in Survey No.498 is a poramboke Government land but not patta land. The grievance of the petitioner is that as this Court in WP.No.4582 of 2008 directed to register the documents without reference to letter dated 13.12.2007 addressed by the 2nd respondent in respect of the land in the same survey number i.e. Survey No.498, the 3rd respondent cannot refuse the documents presented by the petitioner for registration basing on the said letter. Heard both sides.

In view of the order dated 25.09.2008 in WP.No.4582 of 2008, this writ petition is allowed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
