When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submit that pursuant to the interim order passed by the Tribunal, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 27.04.2019. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 27.04.2019, they are at liberty to challenge the same. There shall be no order as to costs.
