This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings No.433/2016A dated 25.09.2016 issued by the third respondent as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.
