THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28135 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents No.2 to 4 in not demarcating the boundaries of the petitioner's land in Sy.No.328/2 admeasuring Ac.138 3/4 gunts situated at Garmilla Sivar, Mancherial Mandal, Adilabad District, by conducting survey of the Land in pursuance of the petitioner's application dated 11-11-2015 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law, besides violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to forthwith demarcate the boundaries of the above said land by conducting survey."

Heard, Sri N. Indrasena Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.4811 of 2011 and batch, dated 28-04-2016 and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said common order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also stands disposed of, in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
