When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission for withdrawing the writ petition giving liberty to file fresh writ petition, as he was instructed to do so. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 is present.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
