Sri A.Muneendhar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for Sri C.V.R.Rudra Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the arbitration application, with liberty to avail alternative remedies, if any, available under law and, therefore, seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded, and the arbitration application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
