THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39691 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 28-07-2018 to the 5th respondent seeking promotion as Anganwdi Worker/Anganwadi Teacher and that the 5th respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare appearing for respondents states that the 5th respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.28-07-2018 within six (06) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
