This Company Petition is filed seeking winding up of the respondent company for its failure to discharge the liability to the petitioner company.

In normal circumstances, this Court would have proceeded with the matter, but however, in view of the fact that one of the operational creditors approached the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench seeking winding up of the respondent and the petitioner had also filed its claim before the Interim Resolution Professional, the Company Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any pending shall also stand closed.
